1. Acceptance of Risk

As a participant in a Baik Life tour (hereafter referred to as “the Organizer”), you acknowledge that both on-road and off-road riding involve inherent risks, including but not limited to terrain hazards, mechanical failure, changing weather conditions, and other factors beyond the Organizer’s control.

By joining any of our tours, you voluntarily assume all associated risks and accept full personal responsibility for any injury, illness, death, or loss or damage to personal property that may occur during or as a result of participation in any Baik Life activity or transportation service.

2. Safety & Responsibility

Your safety and well-being are our top priority. All Baik Life guides are trained in first aid and carry mobile communication devices to manage emergency situations appropriately.
If necessary, our guides will assist you in locating medical care or transport to nearby medical facilities.

All participants are required to:

  • Follow all instructions given by the guides at all times.
  • Comply with the Riding Rules, which are provided separately and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Use all protective gear provided or required by the Organizer.

Failure to follow safety instructions or the Riding Rules may result in removal from the tour without refund.

3. Insurance

All participants must ensure they have suitable travel and/or health insurance that covers off-road motorbike and adventure activities.
Baik Life does not provide insurance coverage for participants and cannot cover, advance, or lend money for medical expenses.

If you do not have insurance, you must be financially able to cover any potential medical or related costs yourself.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. The following conditions apply to cancellations and rescheduling:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour start may be refunded as booking credit or rescheduled.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start are non-refundable.

This policy reflects the preparation costs and commitments made to our team and independent partners who allocate their time and resources in advance.

5. Weather Policy

As Indonesia has a tropical climate, weather conditions may change unexpectedly.
For your safety, Baik Life reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours in the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions.

If a tour is canceled by Baik Life due to weather or safety reasons, you may:

  • Reschedule your ride to a new date at no additional cost, or
  • Receive a full refund of the amount paid.

6. Liability Waiver

Before participating, every rider must read and sign our Liability Waiver.
By signing, you confirm that you:

  • Understand and accept the inherent risks of off-road and adventure riding;
  • Agree to take full responsibility for your own actions, safety, and property; and
  • Release Baik Life, its guides, and partners from any liability related to accidents, injuries, or damages arising from participation in the tour.

7. Refund policy

  • Cancellations: refundable as booking/store credit within 48+ hours of notice before the tour date. Example: tour is on 10 januari, which means you have until 7 januari 23:59 to request cancellation. Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the trip are 100% non refundable. 
  • Reschedule: free rescheduling within 48+ hours of notice before the tour date.  Example: tour is on 10 januari, which means you have until 7 januari 23:59 to request rescheduling. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the trip are charged for 50% of the total trip price.
